  1. Per Patty Baumgart: Katie: This really mirrors the EEOC guidance on using criminal history checks and we would currently be fully compliance with this. The EEOC refers to something called “Green Rules” or Green River Rules but they effective reflect the considerations stated in this bill. I have no concerns and think it would be good MT law.
