Per Tyler Gernant: The notification provision for this bill would be really nice and I would wholly support it. The portion about verifying age and income eligibility for retirement facilities is beyond my pay grade. I haven't heard of this being a big problem, but it must be somewhere or we wouldn't have this proposal.
Per Andrew Czorny: I’m with Tyler on this one. The only thing we should be concerned with is the new notification requirements, which I concur the notification section of this bill will benefit us. The exemption for elderly, etc. is something the DOR is going to have to enforce, if they can live with it so can we.
