Per Erica Grinde: This does not appear to impact the County at least as I am aware as this essentially excludes tips and room & board from being included in the calculation of wages owed under a work comp claim. The County, as far as I am aware, does not have employees receiving tips/gratuity or receiving room & board as part of their wages. Thus, I do not think the County needs to weigh in. I did cc Patty Baumgart to make sure my understanding is correct.
