Per John Hart: These amendments don’t change or address the Supreme Court’s reasoning that the zoning protest provisions in 76-2-205 are unconstitutional.
Per Pat O'Herren: Opposing the bill may not be necessary, but I’d suggest we watch it closely for amendments if it moves forward.
