    Senators,
    Missoula County supports SB 300 – Require health warning for raw milk sales, and the proposed amendment, being heard on the Senate floor this afternoon, and thanks Senator Sands for sponsoring this legislation. Unpasteurized (raw) milk can contain disease-causing germs that can be especially dangerous for children, people with compromised immune systems - such people undergoing cancer treatment, and the elderly. SB 300 provides the consumer with basic information about what they are considering buying, consuming or feeding to their family.
