  1. Per Rebecca Connors: I support SB 163. SB 163 provides election administrators greater flexibility when scheduling election judges. Missoula County has 52 precincts and 28 polling places to staff for an election. While we recruit over 750 election judges to staff federal elections, many judges decline work for a variety of reasons, which makes our precinct list of election judges even shorter. SD 163 allows election offices to make staffing decisions from a countywide basis rather than a localized precinct basis.
