Missoula County's tracking mechanism for legislation proposed at the 65th session of the Montana Legislature.
Per Andrew Czorny: This bill creates the ability for a taxpayer to elect the small tax case status when appealing income tax disputes. This does not affect the County in any way and I would recommend a neutral position on this bill.
