Per Jodi Daly: "The State Department – AMDD - told us that the only change to this bill was to stricken the “annual” language. They report that some counties are having a tough time spending the money and completing reports on an annual basis. I too believe it gives county the option to work on grants that could be two or three years versus one year. I do have our lobbyist looking at this just to make sure of my interpretation.”
