Missoula County's tracking mechanism for legislation proposed at the 65th session of the Montana Legislature.
The Montana Association of Clerks of District Court has no concerns with this bill relative to the duties of the Clerk.
Per Jason Marks: "I think what they are proposing makes a lot of sense for the public defender organization but, like with HB 57, this will not have any impact on our office or the county as a whole."
