SB 104

LC0849
Diane Sands

Authorizing establishment of an emergency care system

4 comments:

  1. SB 104 seeks to update terminology related to current use of the term emergency medical technician. This bill would update language in associated sections of MCA to refer to this group of individuals as emergency care providers. Updating the applicable sections of MCA with this new term is appropriate as the qualifications and certifications of what has historically been termed emergency medical technician has changed over time. The updated term, emergency care provider is more inclusive of all licensed individuals working in the pre-hospital setting of emergency medicine.
