Missoula County supports SB 151 – Create local government interim committee, being heard on the House floor this afternoon. Counties and cities provide a direct interface between citizens and their government. The methodologies and approaches to local governing are as diverse as our state while statute provides the framework. The opportunity to collaborate and learn about the complexities related to revenue, regulation and delivery of services is critical as long-serving public administrators retire and new leaders learn about the important history of local government in the state of Montana.
Please support SB 151.
Respectfully, Vickie Zeier on behalf of the Missoula County Commission
