Missoula County conceptually supports SB 330 - Provide for property assessed clean energy financing, before the Senate Energy and Telecommunications committee this afternoon. SB 330 offers property owners an interesting alternative in financing energy improvements to their structures, but we do have some technical concerns with the financing mechanisms outlined in the bill.
